Back to Your Project

A dull bandsaw blade doesn't just cut worse, it stops your project cold. The extra time it takes to swap out a new blade, or sharpen it by hand tooth by tooth, and you've lost precious time on your project. The Celt Halo closes that gap to help you get back to your project in 10 minutes or less. It's a compact, semi-automatic bandsaw blade sharpener that sharpens your blade right on the saw, so you're back to cutting instead of waiting on it.

Powered by your own rotary tool and guided by precise, repeatable indexing, the Celt Halo turns what used to be a slow, tedious hand-sharpening job into a simple push-pull motion at your own bench. No more hand sharpening tooth by tooth, no more inconsistent angles, no swapping blades just to keep the cut going.

At the heart of the Celt Halo is the CeltVise™ clamp, which securely holds rotary tools from 1″ to 2.7″ in diameter, with dowel-pin alignment for fast, repeatable setup. The pivot joint's CeltPivotGrip™ rubber rings let you adjust to the exact tooth angle on the built-in degree scale, then hold it firm and steady while you sharpen. The sharpener stop prevents overgrinding — protecting your teeth and extending the life of every blade.

With a compact 12 x 12 x 6 inch footprint, the Celt Halo is built for small shops where space matters. It sets up in minutes, works with 10-inch bandsaws and larger, and pays for itself in as little as 6-9 sharpenings — all while extending blade life up to 5-7 times over running a blade unsharpened to failure.

Built for shops that rely on sharp bandsaw blades to keep projects moving, the Celt Halo gives you quick, reliable sharpening so you spend less time waiting on your blade and more time cutting.
